Rio Olympics 2016
Having worked with the International Judo Federation for many years, we were asked to produce these athlete idents to be used as competitors enter the stadium at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
We filmed over 390 competitors in France, Spain and Mexico, with an intensive turnaround to deliver the films in time for the games.
We delivered the athlete idents as finished films with graphics added, ready to play as competitors entered the stadium. It set the format that the Tokyo 2020 project was measured against.
