Helix is a comprehensive on-board battery system designed specifically for the cinematic industry.
The Helix Max Packs are Native Dual Voltage, meaning they can operate at both 14.4v and 28.8v. When connected to a Helix V/G-mount or ARRI® B-mount plate, the packs switch from a parallel cellular arrangement to a series arrangement to deliver high voltage. They can easily switch back to a parallel arrangement when removed from the mount plate, making them compatible with standard 14v equipment and chargers. With a maximum output of 20A (10A at 28.8v HV), the Helix Max series is capable of handling even the most demanding power builds in the cinema industry. Available in 98wh and 150wh models, these packs offer ample runtime for most camera and lighting applications and can also be used with a Helix Hotswap plate to double battery capacity and extend runtimes.
