A carbon fibre twin leg tripod with a 75 mm bowl and a 10 kg fluid head. The legs set to height in one movement rather than three catches a leg, which makes it quick to work with on a moving job.

FAQ

OVERVIEW

The SQ75 suits the everyday jobs: interviews, corporate work, events and anything where the camera is a mirrorless or compact cinema body rather than a full broadcast build. The VHS10 head takes up to 10 kg with a seven step counterbalance and three steps of hydraulic drag on both axes, so a tilt or a pan holds its speed rather than running away at the end.

Twin legs give it the rigidity of a much heavier tripod, and the whole kit is 5.9 kg, which matters when it has to go up several flights of stairs. Each leg sets in a single movement, and a telescopic ground spreader keeps the feet planted on polished floors. A mid level spreader goes out with it for uneven ground. A carry strap and a 3/8 inch accessory point are built into the leg.
