Meet ZeroAvia's HydroGen Graduate Cohort

ZeroAvia is a great place to work for somebody who is a creative thinker, a problem solver, and just wants to make a great impact on our world. I first heard about ZeroAvia when I was searching for alternative means of propulsion for aircraft, and I've always heard about low-emission aviation, but never zero-emission aviation. I joined ZeroAvia because this is a very exciting time for sustainable aviation, and this is a place where it's being done, where it actually takes action. So I wanted to find a career that was very impactful, and I think the role as a digital marketing associate for ZeroAvia has all the elements of that.

The most obvious reason is working on something that has never been done before. There's an excitement about being part of creating aviation history. I'm currently working in the hydrogen team as a fuel cell engineer. ZeroAvia gives us a lot of opportunities to work around the zero-emission powertrain development.

You already are getting some responsibilities and projects, which is just great from a graduate, knowing that you're already impacting from the very start. Joining a startup accelerates your learning process because you're pushed right into industry-level projects instead of sitting through trainings and not getting to actually experience what you learned at university. ZeroAvia is different because of people. It has people who believe in that change.

They lead the company, and because they believe in it, they give us confidence to change something as well. The culture at ZeroAvia is very friendly, very warm, welcoming. It's a great group of problem solvers and creative thinkers coming together. It's just an incredible, diverse place to work at.
