The Hold Studio and Bridge Room

Located right in the belly of our 1904 Dutch Barge is an impressive 90m² black box studio with a full lighting rig - a great place to film master interviews, music videos, product and commercial shoots, presentations and photography.

Or film against the backdrop of Bristol's beautiful harbour in our Bridge room. The possibilities are endless.

Live Event Filming

We have used both spaces for a vast array of LIVE events and virtual events, even hosting a week-long film festival.

Cameras can be sent easily through to our gallery where remote guests can also be brought in to be broadcast live from the boat directly to any streaming platform via our dedicated leased line.

Many pre-configured set-ups are available. Choose from black-box, plush drapes, infinite white, greenscreen or flats. Or bring your own set.

THE BRIDGE

Whilst it wasn't designed as a studio, many clients have chosen to use this space as a location for filming in, where the beauty of the room set against unique harbour views is perfect for a wide range of content such as presenter to camera, interviews and small panels.
