Floating Harbour has worked with Climate-KIC since 2020, creating films that communicate the impact of its climate innovation programmes and the businesses they support.
Boldr success story
For this project, we travelled by train to Brussels with a small crew to produce a case study about green-tech start-up Boldr and its experience of working with Climate-KIC. The film explores how Climate-KIC helped Boldr bring its product to market, with particular focus on the support that enabled the company to measure and evidence the whole-life carbon impact of its products.
Lean international production
We interviewed Boldr’s co-founders, combining our Brussels shoot with a remotely managed interview using a local crew in Lithuania. By keeping the production deliberately lightweight, we were able to manage the international logistics efficiently while reducing the carbon impact of the shoot.
Extending the value of the shoot
Alongside the finished case-study film, we captured additional material that Climate-KIC could reuse across its wider communications, making the production work harder for the client and extending the value of the shoot.
