Brent Cross Promo/ Realisation Film
Floating Harbour was commissioned by Argent to capture the ambitious vision of Brent Cross Town, one of the UK’s most significant urban regeneration projects.
Our work on this project focused on showcasing the scale and human-centric design of this new "park town." By combining high-end cinematic filming with an understanding of strategic placemaking, we produced visual content that highlights Argent's commitment to sustainability, health, and community-first development.

Argent needed one film that could sell the development to buyers around the world. We made a presenter-led tour of the pavilion and show apartments, cast and directed the presenter, added a map animation from our graphics team, and delivered it in English and Mandarin with a version for each of Savills' international offices, so every team had a film that felt made for their market.
