Live-streamed events from our studio

Our central Bristol studio is the perfect venue to host your event. We use the latest broadcast camera equipment with feeds going directly to the production gallery where they are live-mixed into your programme.

Choose from a number of pre-configured background options or we can design and construct bespoke sets.

Suitable for keynotes, panel discussions, interviews, presenter to camera, conferences, launch events and virtual awards ceremonies, for example.

Remote Production

Our remote productions take your event to the next level. Webinar and virtual event platforms offer very limited scope for crafting your programme so that it looks like TV.

We fully design screen configurations to give the event a very strong identity of its own which is slick and on-brand.

Picture in picture screen configurations are designed for every possible combination of interactions that might occur. These are then live-mixed by a human in real-time so that the audience gets a rich and relevant experience from start to finish.

Screen configurations can be static or include motion graphics. Other graphics such as animated lower third name straps, pop-ups, banners and idents can be designed and utilised to help create a polished programme.

Media assets such as VT video files, slides and images are seamlessly incorporated with bespoke transitions to ensure every tool is at your disposal to make your live event a fully featured programme.

We test all contributors in advance to make the most of their available resources, improve their set-up and coach them to ensure they perform brilliantly on the day.

Integration with any platform 

If all you require is a platform to give your audience access to your event, Youtube offers a free option that can be embedded within your website with other functionalities, such as live chat.

We can also recommend plenty of other platforms that offer additional functionality such as free ticketing or paywalls, for example.

If you are using a platform that is more geared towards replicating a physical event, such as HOPIN, it is no problem to feed our programmes directly into them.

Pricing

Production levels can be tailored to your budget by increasing or decreasing the level of complexity. Factors that impact cost are the number of contributors, the level and complexity of graphic assets but a high-quality programme can be produced very economically. Talk to us about your project and we can ensure that our pricing is extremely competitive and offers value that far exceeds other options.

Technical

We stream over a dedicated high-bandwidth leased line with bonded connection redundancy to ensure that your stream stays up and at at the highest quality the platform is able to receive. We also record everything at an even higher quality locally for on-demand upload after the event or re-purposing. In addition, we record isolated feeds of all components of your programme so that should you wish to change anything at a later date, you can.
