Gympanzees

Gympanzees are a charity in Bristol on a mission to open up a world of fun and fitness for all disabled children.

Gympanzees want to make sure children and young people with disabilities are given equal opportunities to play and exercise to aid their physical and mental development, ensuring that they can meet their potential. 

Over the years, we have created many films for the charity's social media, donor events and launches to explain why their work is so important and showcase the different it makes in people's lives.

The work has grown with the charity. In 2022 we made a set of case study films with families (Tyler, Isabella, Dexter and Charlie), and a film of the Three Peaks Challenge to recruit next year's walkers and push fundraising. In 2023, when Gympanzees secured the perfect premises for a state-of-the-art centre for disabled children and their families, we filmed two families over Easter for the site announcement, then made the three hero films of the Project Home reveal (the group film and two family stories) along with short clips of staff, volunteers and parents cut for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn. Since then there has been a Christmas appeal film, a batch of case studies delivered in three versions each (full length, short with subtitles, short without), a one-minute drone film of the Hoggin' Across the Bridge motorcycle ride that raises money for the charity, and the 2025 crowdfunder film with its portrait and teaser cuts, made as the appeal passed £5 million towards turning a disused service station into the UK's first fully accessible exercise, health and social centre for disabled children and young people.

We started working with Gympanzees in 2019. They now reach over 28,000 children and young people, and the films are cut for every platform they use.

Having been working with @gympanzeesuk since 2019 we were thrilled to create the films that kicked off the launch of their HUGE fundraising appeal. Gympanzees secured the perfect premises for what will be a much needed state-of-the-art centre for disabled children and their families.
